Office Hours Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
We will be closed all Fridays, and Monday, July 6 for the Independence Day holiday.
The regular 5-day work schedule will resume on Monday, August 10, 2009.

New Volunteer / Background Check Application is delayed until further notice.
The upgrade to the Lewisville ISD Volunteer Criminal History software has been delayed. Please continue to watch this website for notification about the upgrade.
Those who are currently in the system as approved volunteers will retain that status until the new software is ready. At that time, all District volunteers will be obligated to reapply to continue to volunteer in the schools.
New LISD volunteers may fill out the Volunteer application currently featured on our website. They will be required to reapply when the new software is ready. APPLY NOW

LISD provides assistance and support to First Year Teachers (FYT) with the First Year Teacher Program. Teachers who are new to the profession (first year) qualify to participate. A Statement of Understanding is required for all First Year Teachers. (Click here for form) .

FINGERPRINTING - ATTENTION ALL NON-CERTIFIED APPLICANTS: Due to the implementation of Senate Bill 9, effective January 1, 2008, ALL non-certified applicants (clerical, food service, facility services,adult temporary and tutors, community education, technology para-professional) will be required to undergo the fingerprinting process prior to their first day of employment. The District will provide the necessary paperwork for the fingerprinting process after an employment offer has been made. The employee will be responsible for fees involved.
Current LISD employees will be notified at a future date about fulfilling fingerprinting requirements.
