Killough LHS - North to honor Black
History Month
Killough
Lewisville High School -
North will celebrate Black History month
with a program for the community on Feb. 4 at
6:45 p.m.
The program's theme is "A Family Affair
- Building Today for a Better Tomorrow." The
free program will include performances by the
orchestra, drama department, faculty and parents.
Forestwood hosting additonal Friday Nite
Live events
Forestwood
Middle School will
play host to a Friday Nite Live event,
sponsored by LISD and Communities for Kidz,
on Jan. 25 from 7 - 11 p.m.
Two gyms will be used and the Kidz Across
America television promotion will visit the
participants
along with 106.1 KISS FM deejay Michael
Blake, local band Skyline and R&B musician
Lil' Larry Gordon.

LHS Farmerettes to hold mini dance camp
The Lewisville
High School
Farmerettes will hold their annual mini dance
camp in the school's gymnasium for girls ages
five through eighth grade on Feb. 9 from 9
a.m. to noon.
The cost is $25 per participant and the
registration deadline is Jan. 25. For more

Hebron to present the musical Honk!
Hebron
High School will
present Honk!, a musical based on "The
Ugly Duckling," on Jan. 24 - 26 at 7 p.m. in
the school's auditorium.
Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students.
