  • Lewisville High School recognized for math program
    .
Lewisville High School was named one of eight Dallas area high schools and one of 39 Texas high schools that have showed impressive results in their math and/or science programs by the Texas Public Policy Foundation.

The foundation, a conservative think tank, looked at scores on several tests, including the TAKS, SAT, ACT and advanced placement exams. Researchers for the group conducted the study so that the schools' practices can be passed on to other schools.
